Order Deadlines for Christmas Delivery

To make sure your gifts or orders arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders no later than Friday, 20th December. This applies to items shipped via the Tracked 24 delivery method, ensuring your purchase reaches you before the festive celebrations begin.

Anticipate Delays During Busy Periods

The lead-up to Christmas is always a hectic time for both retailers and delivery services. While we strive to process orders and respond to your queries promptly, please be aware that delays in email replies or shipping may occur due to the increased volume of requests. Rest assured, we’re working hard to meet your needs as quickly as possible.

Christmas Closing Times

Here’s a breakdown of our opening hours during the holiday season:

• Monday, 23rd December: Open from 10 AM to 3 PM

• Tuesday, 24th December (Christmas Eve): Open from 10 AM to 12 PM

• Closed from 25th December to 1st January: Our team will take a well-deserved break to enjoy the holidays with family and friends.

• Reopening on 2nd January: Back to normal operating hours, 9 AM to 5 PM.

If you’re considering an order during this time, we recommend placing it as early as possible to avoid disappointment. For any urgent queries, our team will do their best to assist you within the reduced working hours before Christmas.
