Ford Fiesta MK7 & MK7.5 - Reinforced Brackets

Upgrade your Ford Fiesta MK7 & MK7.5 with our top-of-the-line reinforced brackets, designed to be installed on our automatic gas struts by Emerald Struts. Experience unmatched durability and performance compared to standard brackets, making these the perfect addition for your vehicle.

Our 3mm hardened steel brackets for the Ford Fiesta MK7 & 7.5 can resist a whopping 1.2KN (this is 3x the amount of what OEM can hold). This is a huge change and resolves many problems that customers may have experienced.

Key Benefits:

  1. Superior Strength: Our reinforced brackets hold 3x the amount of the standard Ford factory brackets, ensuring maximum support and reliability.
  2. Bend Resistance: Say goodbye to bending brackets. Our reinforced design prevents any bending, providing a long-lasting solution for your gas struts.
  3. Enhanced Stability: Enjoy improved stability and smoother operation with our expertly crafted brackets, designed to withstand heavy usage.
  4. Easy Installation: These brackets are engineered for a perfect fit with Ford Fiesta MK7 & MK7.5 models, making installation quick and hassle-free.
  5. Increased Safety: With enhanced load-bearing capacity and resistance to bending, our reinforced brackets offer increased safety for your vehicle.

These are only to be fitted with our MK7/MK7.5 automatic boot struts NOT with the factory fitted struts.

The kit contains:

  • 1 x Bracket (left side)
  • 1 x Bracket (right side)
  • 4 x M6 bolts

How to install the replacement spring:

    1. Remove the pin from the top of the strut.
    2. Remove the ball head from the socket.
    3. Grip the stroke bar with some pliers (do not scratch the surface).
    4. Place a flat bladed tool in the top head and turn anti-clockwise.
    5. Remove and replace the spring (complete for both sides).

  1. Torque setting 10,5Nm

*** ENSURE THAT THE SPRING IS INSTALLED PROPERLY AND THAT THE TOP HEAD IS TIGHTENED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE ***

(FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS PROPERLY WILL RESULT IN THE STRUT BEING LONGER AND WILL PUSH THE BOOT OUT OF LINE)
