    Our automatic gas struts are designed by Emerald Struts, tested and trialled for a period of months to ensure they function correctly and keep you satisfied.

    We provide a 12 months warranty with every order. If your item is faulty then contact our customer service team to obtain a replacement.

    Installation is very easy, taking as little as 10 minutes. Each product comes with a step by step 'installation guide' and our team are always here to help.

    WILL IT BE HARDER TO CLOSE MY BOOT?

    OUR STRUTS AREN'T STANDARD STRUTS, THEY WILL HAVE MORE FORCE INSIDE BUT THIS WILL USUALLY BECOME NORMAL AFTER SOME TIME OF USING THEM.

     

    WILL IT CAUSE DAMAGE TO MY BOOT?

    NO, OUR STRUTS HAVE BEEN TESTED ON HUNDREDS OF CARS AND ARE NOT HOME MADE KITS.

     

    DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY?

    WE PROVIDE A 12 MONTH WARRANTY FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS, HOWEVER WE DO NOT PROVIDE A WARRANTY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED.

     

    DO I NEED TO GET MY CAR CODED?

    NO, THERE ARE NO CODING REQUIRED, YOU REMOVE YOUR EXISTING STRUTS AND REPLACE THEM WITH OURS.

     

    I HAVE INSTALLED THEM BUT IT ISN'T OPENING?

    MAKE SURE YOU ARE HOLDING DOWN THE BOOT BUTTON ON YOUR KEY FOB.
